PRO HAIR & BEAUTY

I was brought in to oversee the launch of PRO Hair & Beauty, the magazine for Salon Services, and continued to develop its visual identity to ensure it stayed the hair and beauty industry’s highest-circulating, paid-for trade magazine. I had overall responsibility for design. My role involved: template creation with style sheet development; illustration commissioning; both still-life and model photoshoot art direction; page design; overseeing freelance designers; and ensuring all issues of the bimonthly magazine went off to print on time.
